Next to the body shop is a wood framed metal clad pole building 38’ x 64’ with concrete floor. South of this building is the frame shop 36’ x 50’, with concrete floor and 2 large overhead doors. South of the frame shop is the original shop 24’ x 30’, concrete floor with 2 overhead doors and an office 18’ x 20’ with restroom. Above the original shop is an apartment with approximately 980 square feet, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and laundry room. All of the above buildings are heated by a large nearly new outdoor factory wood furnace, with heat ducts to all of the buildings.
